INGREDIENTS:
1. 3/4 c. oil
2. 3/4 c. brown sugar
3. 2 t. vanilla
4. 1/4 c. maple syrup
5. 3/4 c. flour
6. 3 c. oats
DIRECTIONS:
1. mix first four ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Make sure sugar in
thoroughly mix before adding dry ingredients.
2. Add remaining 2 ingredients and mix well and spread on two cookie
sheets.
3. Bake at 200 for about 4 hours or until nice and crunchy. Add what nuts and dried fruits you want after it is done.
