For a simple country breakfast here's an easy recipe to try.....
1 cup oats
1/3 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup hot water
INSTRUCTIONS:
1: Pre-heat oven to 325
2: Mix ingredients in a medium bowl
3: On a cookie sheet, form dough like very thin biscuits (any size)
4: Place in oven and back for 25 min. or until done.
I like to eat these with raspberry jam or pumpkin butter.
